Our Process

Understanding Your Needs
First, we meet with you to discuss your requirements, style, and budget. We tour our manufactured home models at our home centers or online to establish your likes and dislikes, as well as reviewing luxury upgrade options.

Final Selection
You select a mobile home, we determine the necessary land improvements and review your projected timeline and establish the total cost of your new home project. We will perform a credit check to help assess your current financing opportunities.

Financing Your Home
We offer in-house financial services to make obtaining the cash resources more convenient and provide insurance opportunities. Before we are able to move forward on your project, we will need to confirm your loan is approved.

Evaluating the Site
Before construction begins on your new mobile home, we will mark the location of your home and draw up a site plan that will be submitted to the county/city for your permits. Then we'll negotiate any of the necessary contractor bids.

Closing on the Home
Once we have all the information on your new home and property we are ready for closing day! We will finalize the needed paperwork and financing to begin work on your new home.

Constructing Your Dream Home
Nobility Homes begins construction on your manufactured home. We work within local, state, and federal regulations to make sure everything is up to code and obtain any permits needed.

Delivering and Installing Your Home
Once your home is assembled, we deliver it to your site and complete the installation process including leveling, tie down, electrical connections, water, sewer, and more.

Organizing Inspections
Prestige will coordinate the local government inspections and obtain a certificate of occupancy for your new home. After the CO is issued, the county/city will contact the electric company to turn on the power.

Getting You Settled
Once our punch list has been completed, you are ready to move into your new home!
